WE 9999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and WE 9999 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the WE 9999 website at we9999.im and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino games, virtual sports, poker, and the VIP Club loyalty programme.

By registering an account at WE 9999, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use WE 9999.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only at WE 9999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different phone numbers — is strictly prohibited. WE 9999 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts, and where duplicates are confirmed, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings forfeited.

You are solely responsible for:

All transactions at WE 9999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported Pakistani payment channels.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. WE 9999 requires that all withdrawals be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your WE 9999 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

WE 9999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or for amounts that exceed standard transaction thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and is not a reflection of any specific suspicion about your account.

WE 9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.

All bets placed at WE 9999 are final once confirmed. WE 9999 does not cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances where a technical error or manifest mistake can be demonstrated to have affected the bet at the point of placement.

For sports betting markets, the following applies:

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change before confirmation. The odds in effect at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, suspended, or abandoned before a result is determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless WE 9999's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• WE 9999 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at its discretion, particularly on early markets where liquidity is limited or where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Errors in odds caused by feed malfunctions, data provider errors, or manifest pricing mistakes will be voided by WE 9999. Players who deliberately exploit such errors will be subject to account review.

For live casino games, all results are generated by physical dealing and wheel mechanics in monitored studio environments. WE 9999 does not alter or interfere with live game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the round will be resolved according to the result recorded on the server at the time of disconnection. For virtual sports, outcomes are generated by a certified random number generator. Each event is independent and no previous result influences any subsequent result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at WE 9999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity in any verification process.
• Multiple accounts — operating more than one WE 9999 account simultaneously or consecutively for any purpose, including bonus farming.
• Bonus abuse — systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated multiple registrations, matched betting against the platform using bonus funds, or any other method designed to extract value from promotions in bad faith.
• Use of automated tools — employing bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage unavailable to a regular manual player.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players at poker or live table games to gain a shared advantage through agreed play, chip dumping, or information sharing.
• Money laundering — using WE 9999 to process, move, or obscure funds derived from illegal activities. WE 9999 is required by applicable regulations to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Exploitation of technical errors — deliberately placing bets on markets or games that are incorrectly priced, or exploiting any software bug or system error to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after placing bets with the deposited funds. Chargeback disputes are treated as fraudulent activity at WE 9999 and will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery proceedings.

You may close your WE 9999 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@we9999.im. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after identity verification is confirmed.

WE 9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months and the balance is zero.
• WE 9999 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or applicable law.

Where an account is closed by WE 9999 for breach of Terms, any balance associated with promotional funds, bonus winnings, or funds under investigation may be withheld pending review. Real-money deposits that are not connected to prohibited conduct will be returned.
